1. Pest birds can spread over 60 diseases to humans and animals. The West Nile Virus is passed from sick birds by mosquitoes and often produces other bacteria that may affect respiratory and gastric systems.

2. Inhalation of contaminated dust and spores are often brought into buildings/homes through intake fans of air conditioning or heating systems.

3. Bird dropping residue can be “tracked” onto floors and carpets plus on to hands from stairway handrails, balcony railings,
